Get Golf Fit in 6 Weeks

Get Golf Fit in 6 Weeks is a short Golf blog post that looks at exercises, that you can do at home, to get your body in shape for the new season. By doing exercises, I don’t mean going through an ‘Eye of the Tiger’, or “Rocky” like training schedule. The workout time will only be 10-15 minutes a day or every second day if you wish. Everybody has 15 minutes free per day. If you think that you don’t have the time, then make time. It’s too easy to say that you are too busy! Finding time is very easy if you really want to do something. I am going to show you several exercises that you can do for different parts of the body. There are 3 different areas of the body that I will aim at. The Legs, Arms & The Core. For each area, I will show you 10 different exercises that you can do. Do each exercise for at least 1 minute. I like to concentrate on one area per day. For example, I will start with a Leg Workout on Monday morning followed by an Arm Workout on Tuesday morning. Wednesday morning is Core Workout and then back to Legs on Thursday. You can, of course, increase the sets and reps to your liking. But remember, before you start. Seek out a professional to help you out. You can also use the internet to find some great videos and explanations on what to do and what not to do. The 7-Minute App I use the 7 Minute Fitness App. This is a great way to get started where all of the workouts are just 7 minutes long. They have 3 different levels, Easy, Medium & Hard and all levels can be achieved too. I now do 21 minutes, minimum, per day, every day, after I wake up in the morning. After exercise, I then enjoy my breakfast. I must admit, once you start these exercises, it is difficult to stop. Let’s make a start on getting you Golf Fit in just 6 weeks.
