What’s in the Bag?

What’s in the Bag? is a short golf blog post that looks at exactly what is in my golf bag both on and off the course. Besides the technical part of the game, the most asked question I get is What’s in the Bag?. I have done this kind of post a few times on Social Media and on my golf blog. But this time, I have a real reason to do it. Thanks to Florian Egger (Golfstar Shop), Alex Taucher (Taylormade) & Christoph Schwara (Golfstar Shop) I have some new equipment. So, without further ado, let’s take a closer look at what I take out on the course with me.. What’s in the Bag? Taylormade Golf Bag I recently received my new Tour Bag or Staff Bag as it is commonly known. The bag itself is the new Qi10 Staff Bag from Taylormade. It has a total of 12 pockets including a quick-access magnet pocket at the front. A large clothing pocket, ball pocket, 2 cool pockets for drinks etc. It also has a through-bag umbrella holder and a towel ring. A large padded shoulder strap is also included. Driver My Driver is a Taylormade Sim2 MaxD with 12° loft. Fitted with a Stiff Fujikura Ventus 5 shaft. It may be a slightly older model but it is still a great Driver. 3 Wood The 3 Wood is a Taylormade Qi10 V Steel with 15° loft. Fitted with a Regular Fujikura Ventus 6 TR FW 5 shaft 5 Wood I love a 5 Wood and this one is the Taylormade Qi10 Tour 5 with 18° loft. Fitted with a Regular Mitsubishi Chemical Tense AV Limited 65g FW 3 Hybrid My 3 Hybrid is a Taylormade Qi10 Rescue with 19° loft. Fitted with a Regular Ventus 6 TR HB Irons The irons are Taylormade P.7MB 4-PW. Fitted with KBS Tour Regular Steel shafts. Wedges My wedges are Taylormade Milled Grind (MG) with Dynamic Gold Wedge Flex shafts. I carry a 54° with a Standard 11° Bounce and a 58° with a Low 9° Bounce. Putter I love my putter. It is a Taylormade Spider TourX X7 34″ Balls I use Taylormade TP5x to help add a little more height as I tend to hit the ball a little lower than most players. Gloves I use a Taylormade TP Leather Glove which helps increase my feel around the greens. What are your thoughts on What’s in the Bag? Please leave a comment by filling out a Contact Form.
